Villari’s Studios of Self Defense  have been a part of the Wellington community for over 27 years . Through the support and acceptance of the community we have been able to provide a level of quality instruction in both life skills and practical martial arts that is second to none.  We help our students build the confidence they need to face challenges in school or on the street.

   Shaolin Kempo Karate is a seamless blend of the Four ways of fighting (Punching, Kicking, Grappling, and Felling). The end result being one finely tuned fighting system.
